Welcome to InstaFluid. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InstaFluid website, mobile services, and related booking tools (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
